Introduction
Ungchae Jung is a partner attorney at Cha & Kwon Law Offices. He specializes in real estate and public administration.
He advises on various legal issues arising in the real estate development process and conducts various transactions related to redevelopment and reconstruction projects. As the CEO of a real estate consulting firm with experts in the fields of taxation, architecture, and finance, he advises and cooperates with a number of developers, contractors, architects, and interior designers, and provides holistic advice based on his experience in the entire process of land acquisition, clearance, PF, real estate finance, regulation, licensing, design & construction, sales, and defect management.
He has established his expertise in the field of practice by advising a number of local governments, school boards, and school corporations, as well as handling personnel appeals and disciplinary cases for teachers, professors, and public officials, and related civil and criminal cases. Based on his regulatory expertise, he acquired deep skills and networks by conducting administrative research for the Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport, and Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education. He has also served as election commissioner for various corporations and as legal counsel for presidential, general, and local elections, providing professional advice on various election procedures and administration.
After completing a specialized doctoral program in commercial law, Mr. Jung gained expertise in virtual assets, corporate governance, and financial regulations, and continues to provide research services to advise and represent Dunamu Corporation on capital market laws, pseudo-receipt regulations, and corporate governance.
