Analysis Of Amendments To The Acts For The Legislation And Regulation Of Token Securities

A legislative public hearing was held on the 13th of this month, hosted by the Policy Committee, the National Policy Committee, and the Special Committee on Digital Assets of the People Power Party, with the participation of the Financial Services Commission, the Korea Securities Depository, and other relevant parties.
