At a joint seminar hosted by the Korean Women in Construction Association and the Architecture & Urban Research Institute on April 22 at the Korea Science and Technology Center in Teheran-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Attorney Choi Shin-young of Cha & Kwon Law Office gave a presentation on “ESG Institutionalization and Legal Challenges for a Sustainable Future in the Construction Industry.”
In her presentation, she offered an in-depth analysis of legal and policy reforms necessary to build a strong institutional foundation for ESG practices.

The seminar served as a platform for discussing actionable strategies to implement AI technologies and ESG values in the construction sector. Experts from academia, industry, and research institutions gathered to share insights on technological, policy, and regulatory solutions aimed at fostering a sustainable industrial ecosystem.
