Partner Siyoung Choi Submits Legal Opinion on Workplace Harassment Cases

Partner Siyoung Choi recently participated as an expert member of the Workplace Harassment Review Committee at the Northern Seoul Employment and Labor Office. She took part in in-depth discussions on multiple cases and submitted legal opinions in her capacity as a legal expert.

This official committee was established under Article 76-3 of the Labor Standards Act to provide objective and professional assessments regarding workplace harassment. It plays a crucial role in safeguarding workers' rights and upholding human dignity within organizations.

During the meeting, Partner Choi comprehensively reviewed issues such as the effectiveness of victim protection measures, the employer’s compliance with legal obligations, and the hierarchical and working relationships within the workplace. She offered legal opinions based on statutory criteria and provided recommendations for appropriate follow-up actions.
