FTX CEO Sam Bankman-Fried Arrested in the Bahamas

Former FTX CEO Sam Bankman-Fried (SBF) has been arrested in the Bahamas. Bahamian Attorney General Ryan Pinder predicted that the U.S. would likely request extradition in order to prosecute him. With the analysis of the statement by the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, Partner attorney Ohoon Kwon provided his opinion. He said, "By the time the jury decides on the prosecution, whether the sealed indictment will be disclosed or not will also be confirmed. It seems that the authorities are willing to disclose the contents as soon as the seal is lifted."
