The Financial Services Commission Orders Securities Tokens to Be Delisted

It was reported that the Financial Services Commission recently instructed virtual asset exchange officials to delist security tokens. It is confirmed that the commission presented the Guidelines for Fractional Investments as the criteria to be used in determining tokens’ attributes of securities. Partner attorney Ohoon Kwon analyzed, "Since the criteria for determining attributes of securities are almost identical in content with that of fractional investment guidelines, it can be deemed that what will be classified as securities has been confirmed."
