Seunghye Ban has joined Cha & Kwon Law Offices as a partner attorney.
 
After graduating from Korea University, Department of English Language and Literature, and Konkuk University School of Law, Ms. Ban gained expertise in financial regulation and disputes, start-ups, and real estate finance through her extensive experience in the field. As a compliance officer at Lendit, Ms. Ban has gained a wide range of practical experience not only in traditional financial areas such as securities, capital markets, banking and non-banking regulation, and anti-money laundering but also in innovative finance and fintech.
