National Pension Service of Korea Nets $60 Billion from Virtual Asset Investments

The National Pension Service of Korea reportedly earned 60 billion won ($60 billion) from indirect investments in virtual assets. Last year, it spent $19.94 million to purchase Coinbase shares, which have since increased 3.25 times in value, resulting in gains of about $44.84 million (59.8 billion won). Bitcoin's recent surge to around $67,000 marks its highest value since November 2021.
