On July 15, 2024, Mr. Ungchae Jung of Cha & Kwon Law Offices gave a lecture at Okjeong Elementary School in Seoul regarding legal disputes between teachers. 

Since the Seo2 Elementary School incident in 2023, the School Violence Act and the Status of Teachers Act have been amended, and the benefits and necessary procedures for teachers to receive under the newly enforced laws, such as improved teacher liability insurance, were explained. 

In addition, by explaining the meaning of the changed procedures related to bullying and the Teachers' Rights Protection Committee, the teachers were educated on the attitudes and dignity that they should have according to the revised laws.

The training at Okjeong Elementary School was also conducted as a field trip for the effectiveness of the integrated legal service for teachers and civil servants, and we answered various questions and answers with teachers for about 30 minutes under the guidance of the principal and vice principal.
