Once the incorporation process is complete, in order to register your business, you either need to visit the Tax Office or register online at hometax.go.kr. Required documents include the following :
1) Application Sheet for Business Registration – the application form can be downloaded from the Enforcement Rule of the Corporate Tax Act.
2) Certificate of Corporate Seal (original copy) – from the Registry Office
3) Certificate of Corporate Registry – All Information (original copy) – from the Registry Office
4) A copy of the Articles of Incorporation
5) List of Shareholders(or Members) with the corporate seal
6) Lease Agreement of the Business Address
7) Identification (usually copy of passport) of the Company Representative
8) Certificate of the Foreign Investment Report Application Form – from the bank the foreign investment report was made to. Foreign Investment Report is made to KOTRA or banks which conduct foreign exchange transactions.

If all the necessary documents are in place, you will be issued the Certificate of Business Registration which looks like the document below in one or two days.
