For virtual asset industry, which have entered the system, the main task could be categorized into 1) measures for monopoly/ oligopoly of exchanges 2) solution to virtual asset taxation issues and 3) introduction of coin travel rules.
Though it is difficult to announce the prospects for coin travel rules, especially when international arrangements have not yet been completed, partner attorney Ohoon Kwon gave his predictions on what problems exchanges will face if they do not employ the rule in the long term.
