Korean Bar Association Provides Its Members “English, Japanese, Chinese Contract Samples to Promote

Korean Bar Association published English, Japanese, and Chinese versions of contract sample for its members to use on its homepage. As the demand for outbound and inbound legal advisory/litigation is growing, the Association provided the contract samples to alleviate the burden of the attorneys participating in the field. Partner attorney Ohoon Kwon emphasized that “while international legal advisory service is growing, there were difficulties from the lack of exemplary samples on cross-border legal delegation contracts.
