“Prevent the 2nd Luna Incident” … Crafting A Joint Guideline for Virtual Asset Exchanges

On June 9th, the Korea Digital Asset Service Provider Association (KDA) announced that eight domestic virtual asset exchanges have initiated crafting a joint guideline with academics and legal professionals. Partner attorney Ohoon Kwon at Cha & Kwon Law Offices attended the meeting as a legal expert in Blockchain. Integrating the joint response plan currently promoted by the five major domestic exchanges, such as Upbit, Bithumb, Coinone, Korbit, and Gopax, in principle, the group plans to jointly establish standards and procedures suitable for the characteristics of the coin market exchanges.
