As Binance, the world's largest virtual asset exchange, is speculated to be planning the acquisition of FTX, there is growing controversy about whether it violates antitrust laws. However, partner attorney Ohoon Kwon analyzed differently stating, “In the regions where the two companies fall, antitrust regulations are not as developed as in the U.S. or South Korea, and market research standards related to market share are unclear. Therefore, there seems to be no significant problem regarding this matter.”
