WeMix Submitted An Appeal—Legal Battle Between WeMade and Exchange Continues

On the 13th, WeMade filed an immediate appeal to the Seoul High Court, filing an application for a provisional injunction to suspend the exchanges’ decision to terminate transaction support for WeMix. The legal community judges that it will be difficult to overturn the first trial judgment without new grounds. Partner attorney Ohoon Kwon commented, “It will be difficult to overturn the conclusion given that the court of first instance focused on protecting investors in the long run.”
