Wemix was delisted by DAXA (Digital Assets eXchange Alliance), the joint consultative group made up of the five most important exchanges in Korea (Upbit, Bithumb, Coinone, Korbit, and Gopax), on the grounds that the company gave false information in response to an investment warning that was published on Wemade and had confused investors by giving incomplete and inaccurate information.

On December 2nd, Wemade requested a preliminary injunction during the trial, and the Seoul Central District court began evaluating the request to have DAXA reconsider its decision to delist WEMIX. According to reports, the court will decide on December 7th. Wemade's WEMIX tokens will be removed off the five cryptocurrency exchange platforms if the Seoul Central District court does not find it in the company's favor.
