As an attorney specializing in administrative law, Partner Attorney Ungchae Jung delivered a lecture on "Practicing Means to Secure the Effectiveness of Administration" at the "2023 3rd Basic Course on Legal System" for local government officials and local council officials.


The program is designed to cultivate the legal knowledge and practical skills necessary for public officials and employees to perform their duties and is held in face-to-face group training at the Legal Education Center of the Ministry of Justice.


Mr. Jung has been conducting continuous R&D on a system for efficiently applying administrative law in the work process of public officials through a research project with the Ministry of Justice for several years. This lecture is also part of his research on innovative administrative law education methods, in which he applies the participatory case education method to public officials based on practical data on enforcement and performance compensation as a means of securing administrative effectiveness.
