Mr. Ungchae Jung, Partner Attorney at Cha & Kwon Law Offices, has been appointed as a member of the Presidential Election Committee of the Korea Bodybuilding Association. 
 
In order to ensure a fair election process, the Korea Sports Federation and its affiliated associations operate an electoral college system. The process is more complicated than any other election process, as it stipulates procedures and processes to ensure the fairness of the election and the appropriateness of the vote. 
 
Mr. Jung has served as an election observer and legal advisor for various elections in the past and has a deep understanding and practical experience of the election process, especially as an election commissioner in the election process for associations affiliated with the Korean Sports Federation. 
 
In the future, Mr. Jung will continue to provide election law consulting and advisory services to conduct related litigation, including violations of election laws, and consolidate his expertise as a lawyer specializing in administrative law.
