The FSC has announced the enforcement decree of the Virtual Asset User Protection Act, which is scheduled to take effect next July. "The FSC's determination that market-making activities for virtual assets may constitute market manipulation is a controversial judgment under the Capital Markets Act, which is referenced in the Virtual Asset User Protection Act," said Ohoon Kwon, Partner Attorney at Cha & Kwon Law Offices.
