제조업체와 원료공급업체 사이의 업무 제휴에 관한 협약서를 검토하였습니다.
업무제휴협약서는 정식계약 체결에 앞서 당사자들 사이의 합의된 내용을 확인 하는 문서로, 일반적으로 당사자들 사이에 법적 구속력이 없는 것으로 알려져 있으나 그 내용 및 표현에 따라 법적 구속력이 인정될 수 있으므로 이에 대한 법률적 검토가 선행될 필요가 있습니다.
